Hotel description

These family run houses ("Tauernstüberl"&"Gletscherblick") are located in the south part of Zell am See (part Schüttdorf/Bruckberg). They are only 500 metres from the Areit cable-car (brings you to the Schmittenhöhe) and the shopping area. There is a free ski bus stop in front of the hotel, as well as cross country tracks and winter walking paths that begin just around the corner. For those visiting in the summer, the hotels are only a 3 minute walk from the golf course (25% green fee) and free bike rental is available at the hotel.

At the Feriengasthof "Tauernstüberl" and Hotel "Gletscherblick": In the summertime we offer free bike rental to our guests and use of our outdoor pool (in July and August). In the wintertime there is a free toboggan rental and a ski lift at 500 metres from the houses. Ski bus stops in front of the houses. Once a week the hotel holds fondue or a buffet night.

Have a seat in our cosy restaurant - either in the old area or in the modern area. You will find the hotel's bar in the new part of the restaurant. Come and enjoy the typical Austrian cuisine with regional, light and healthy snacks, international specialities and homemade sweets. In the summertime, there is a barbecue once a week and a farmers' buffet. During the winter season, there is a fondue evening once a week and farmers buffet.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
